What is the cost?
The session fee is $275. You will have three product packages to choose from at your order appointment beginning at $450 (See below for packages).
What is included in the session fee?
The session fee includes your two hour time slot, use of wardrobe, full hair and makeup as well as childcare during your hair and makeup session.
What exactly do I get with the session fee?
The session fee covers your spot at the event. This includes full hair and makeup by two very talented artists in the area, use of the AEP wardrobe which is stocked full of gorgeous gowns in multiple colors and sizes, childcare while you get your hair and makeup done as well as the photo session portion of the event. A typical session fee with AEP (without any hair and makeup) is $200 so this is an absolute steal!!!
Who are the hair and makeup artists?
Our makeup artist is Andrea from Shades of Blush Studio and our hair stylist is Nikki from Hair & Makeup by Nikki D. Both are AMAZING at what they do and make each mama feel extra beautiful and extra fabulous!
When can I book?
Booking will open on May 2. My VIPs will have first dibs to book and then I will open up any remaining spots to the public. Check for the latest newsletter to stay up to date!
When is the event?
The event is on Sunday, August 7, 2022. Time slots will be available in 2 hour increments with start times from 9:00am-2:00pm.
Do I have to choose a package?
Yes. At your order appointment, you will need to choose from one of the packages offered for the event. After that, you are welcome to add any prints and products you’d like.
What products are included in the packages?
When you return for your order appointment, you will view the images and choose which you love the most and what you'd like to do with them. Product packages can be seen below. Each package includes a beautiful 8x8 Keepsake book to pass down to future generations.
Can I get the digital files?
Yes. While I encourage you to invest in products that will last a lifetime, our digital package is available at your order appointment should you choose to add it on. Also, for the first time, the digital collection is available in our top tier package for the event!
How long will it take to get my pictures?
There are a few factors for this, but the goal is to have everyone in for their order appointment within 2 weeks. Production time for products varies from 2-6 weeks depending on the product chosen.
Is is just for younger children?
No, this event is for any mother that wants to get pampered and get pictures with their child(ren)! We have childcare available for littles, but if there are any older children here, we will have snacks out and a tv fully stocked with netflix, hulu and Disney+ so your child(ren) will have plenty to do while you get pampered!
Do you have wardrobe options for boys?
I do. My wardrobe options for older boys is more limited, however, if there is something I can add that will be beneficial to the studio wardrobe, I am happy to chat with you about acquiring something new!
What size gowns do you have?
I have gowns from XS up to XXL, however the smallest and largest sizes have less variety. We can always chat about your vision and if it's possible to bring something new in just for you! Usually, mamas have no problem at all finding a gown that works in the wardrobe!
